4 Quick Steps to Creating Lasting Change in Life and Business

I just finished working with a Mastery Program client at the end of Phase 2. I was reminded of a model of Change that was given to me by one of my teachers, quite a while ago.

Change is a 4-step process:

Step I – Unconscious Incompetence

Step II – Conscious Incompetence

Step III – Conscious Competence

Step IV – Unconscious Competence
